- • We use Australia Post and various delivery couriers. We accept PO boxes.
- • During delivery, if couriers are unable to contact a receiver, the parcels will be left under an "authority to leave" (ATL) instruction at a safe area within your house compound or at the front porch.
- • Please open and inspect your item as soon as you receive the item so that any problems may be resolved within the 30 day returns period.
- • Some remote areas cannot be reached by our couriers.
- • We will contact you to discuss an alternative address or an upgrade to special couriers if required with the necessary addtional top ups.
- • In cases where your shipping charge is extraordinarily high, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss extra shipping charges or you may opt to cancel your order. Our obligation for delivery ends as soon as the item is collected by our couriers. You will be given a tracking ID to track and manage your order thereafter.
- • We are not responsible for correspondence between receiver and carrier companies after that, nor for delays in deliveries caused by carrier companies. It will be your responsibility to track your parcel's arrival to you.
- • Our Estimated Times of Delivery (ETA) are those provided by our courier companies and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
- • Certain products available for sale through the Web Site may not be located at 7pandas Australian warehouse. They may be warehoused by the suppliers or manufacturers of those products, including in locations outside Australia.

Local Pick Ups are available at our warehouse in Preston, Victoria. Upon your parcel being made ready, you will be informed by email that it is ready with the pick up location.

Returns & Exchanges
- • You can return or exchange purchases from 7pandas by mail, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or by phone.
- • You must have a proof of purchase (shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
- • Contact our customer service to notify us your returns before you send merchandise back.
- • Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the 7pandas Returns Department, a cleaning fee of 30% or more of item value may be charged.
- • 7pandas items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
- • All exchanges, returns & cancellations are subject to a 10% or A$12.00 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher, unless we made an error on shipping
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
- • If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
- • 7pandas is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- • If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
